The Role
As a Product Lead, you will own one or more strategic domains across the ONDC Network, including Logistics, Travel & Tourism, or Financial Services.
You will work at the intersection of technology, ecosystem development, policy and business, partnering with Engineering, Architecture, Network Participants and senior leadership to build interoperable products that scale nationally.
This role is ideal for experienced product leaders who thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy solving ecosystem-level problems.
What You'll Own
Own the long-term product vision, strategy and roadmap for your assigned domain, translating ONDC's mission into scalable product initiatives.
Identify emerging technology, market and regulatory trends to inform strategic product investments, balancing long-term evolution with near-term execution.
Lead the product lifecycle from opportunity identification through launch and continuous optimisation, owning the roadmap for open APIs, network specifications and platform capabilities.
Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to design secure, scalable and interoperable products, driven by customer insights, ecosystem feedback and data.
Build trusted relationships with buyers, sellers, logistics providers, financial institutions, technology partners and other Network Participants.
Champion interoperability, openness and network-first thinking across the ecosystem, collaborating with industry associations and regulatory stakeholders.
Partner with Engineering, Technology, Policy, Operations, Business and Leadership teams to align product priorities, presenting roadmap and impact to executive leadership.
Mentor and coach Product Managers, establishing scalable product management processes and a culture of customer obsession and experimentation.

What We're Looking For
10–15 years of Product Management experience with significant ownership of complex technology products.
Proven experience building and scaling marketplace, platform, API-first, or network-based products.
Experience leading strategic initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and driving organisation-wide outcomes.
Experience mentoring Product Managers or leading product teams.
A strong plus
Experience across Logistics & Supply Chain | Travel & Tourism | Financial Services/FinTech | Retail, E-commerce or Marketplace Platforms | Digital Public Infrastructure.
