Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Developer with 8+ years of overall ServiceNow experience and strong hands-on expertise in SPM/PPM modules.
The ideal candidate should have experience configuring, customizing, and enhancing ServiceNow SPM applications, including Demand Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Idea Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow SPM/PPM applications.
- Work on Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Idea Management.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Implement workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Configure SPM data models, portfolio structures, hierarchies, and prioritization.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
- Participate in testing, deployment, upgrades, and release management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, and architects.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM / PPM.
- Experience with Demand Management and Project Portfolio Management.
- Knowledge of Resource Management, Portfolio Planning, and Idea Management.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow tables, forms, reports, dashboards, and data imports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- ServiceNow CAD or CIS-SPM certification.
- Experience with Performance Analytics and executive dashboards.
- Knowledge of MID Server and IntegrationHub.
- Experience in ServiceNow upgrades and release management.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
