Hubspot Revenue Engineer

RESPONSIBILITES AND ACTIVITIES
· Drive rapid CRM enrichment by onboarding new company and contact data at scale using internal and third-party data sources
· Own and optimize HubSpot CRM, including data structure, workflows, automation, and reporting
· Integrate email and Microsoft Teams meeting transcripts into CRM to provide full visibility into customer interactions
· Implement and manage integrations with third-party (3P) data providers (e.g., enrichment, intent, contact databases)
· Build and maintain sales-focused dashboards (pipeline, conversion, activity tracking, deal velocity)
· Enable Sales teams with clean, enriched, and actionable data to improve prospecting and deal execution
· Automate lead capture, routing, enrichment, and follow-up workflows
· Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, and funnel conversion
· Integrate CRM with other GTM tools (marketing automation, outreach tools, billing systems, etc.)
· Analyze customer engagement signals (emails, meetings, touchpoints) to generate insights for Sales
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Strong experience in Revenue Operations / Sales Operations / GTM systems
· Hands-on, deep expertise in HubSpot (mandatory) – workflows, automation, integrations, reporting
· Proven experience in CRM data enrichment and scaling company/contact databases Experience integrating Microsoft Teams, email systems, and communication data into CRM
· Experience working with third-party data tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clearbit, etc.)
· Proficiency in SQL and/or Python (nice to have but secondary to GTM execution)
· Strong understanding of sales funnel metrics, pipeline management, and conversion optimization
· Experience integrating CRM with other business systems (ERP, billing, marketing tools)
