Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Job Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work with business analysts, architects, and QA to deliver custom applications, integrations, and enhancements that improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop custom solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and security settings.
Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware.
Write unit tests and ensure code coverage meets Salesforce standards.
Manage deployments across environments using CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Git-based pipelines.
Troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Follow best practices for performance, security, and governor limits.
Document technical designs and provide support during UAT.
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and JavaScript.
Experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative tools.
Knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and security model.
Familiarity with Git and version control.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I and II (required) certifications.
Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Exposure to Salesforce CTI/telephony integrations (e.g., Amazon Connect, Genesys) and AI features such as Agent force.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
