Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect (AI and Agent force)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade, AI-enabled solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will translate business needs into scalable, secure architectures, drive adoption of generative and predictive AI, and guide teams in delivering intelligent customer and agent experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Define end-to-end solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related products.
Architect AI solutions using Agent force, Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, and Einstein AI features.
Design and configure AI agents, topics, actions, and guardrails, grounded in CRM and external data.
Leverage Data Cloud for unified customer profiles, data ingestion, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Integrate third-party AI and LLM services (e.g., Google) via APIs and MuleSoft.
Design real-time agent assists solutions, including call transcription, summarization, next-best-action, and knowledge recommendations within Service Cloud Voice and CTI platforms (Amazon Connect, Genesys).
Implement the Einstein Trust Layer, data masking, and responsible AI practices to address privacy, security, and compliance.
Lead requirement workshops and convert business needs into technical designs.
Design data models, security models, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP, event-driven, streaming, WebSocket’s).
Establish technical standards, governance, and best practices for development, testing, and deployment, including AI testing and evaluation.
Define release strategy and CI/CD processes using Copado, Gearset, or Git-based pipelines.
Optimize latency and performance for real-time AI features.
Mentor developers and admins and provide technical leadership across project teams.
Identify risks, technical debt, and dependencies, and propose mitigation plans.
Support pre-sales activities, estimations, and solution proposals.
Required Skills
8+ years of IT experience in Salesforce architecture.
Hands-on experience designing and delivering AI use cases on Salesforce (Agent force, Einstein, Prompt Builder).
Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and the Salesforce security and sharing model.
Strong experience with integration architecture, API design, and real-time streaming.
Understanding of LLM concepts: prompt engineering, grounding, RAG, hallucination mitigation, and evaluation.
Knowledge of large data volume management, data migration, and performance optimization.
Experience with multi-org strategy, environment management, and DevOps.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect (Certified Technical Architect is a plus).
Salesforce AI Associate, AI Specialist, or Agent force Specialist certification.
Experience with Data Cloud and conversational AI platforms.
Experience in Agile delivery and leading offshore/onshore teams.
