Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Work on ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
Configure Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Troubleshoot issues and optimize platform performance.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide API.
Experience with ITSM modules and ServiceNow scripting.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and Flow Designer.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
