HIRING: Java Developer TEAM LEADER

Location: Bangalore – MG Road only

Work Mode: Hybrid | First 3 months – Complete WFO

We are looking for experienced Team Leaders / Tech Leads with strong expertise in Java, Spring

Boot, Kafka, Redis & Microservices for a leading Telecom technology project.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong Java development experience

• Spring Boot / Spring Cloud / Spring MVC / Spring Data

• Microservices Architecture

• Apache Kafka

• Redis

• MySQL / PostgreSQL

• Scalable & high-availability architecture

• Technical team leadership

Telecom Domain – MUST HAVE

• Strong understanding of 3G / 4G / 5G

• Knowledge of 3GPP specifications

• Experience with Policy & Charging Systems

• PCC / PCF / PCRF experience preferred/required

• Exposure to Telecom Core Network applications is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers

• Design and develop scalable, low-latency microservices

• Build Kafka-based event-driven applications

• Implement Redis caching/data solutions

• Drive architecture and technical design decisions

• Troubleshoot complex performance and production issues

• Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions

+ Microservices expertise with solid Telecom/4G/5G/3GPP + PCC/PCF/PCRF knowledge.
