Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant with 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, integrations, and migration.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, C#, .NET/.NET Core, Web API, RESTful services, and Azure technologies.
The candidate should have at least 2+ years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Azure integration services, along with experience in developing Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflows, SSRS, SSIS, CRM integrations, and custom web applications.
The role also requires experience in technical leadership, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Azure DevOps, solution design, security, monitoring, tuning, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business and technical requirements.
Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflows, custom web applications, and CRM customizations.
Design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM integrations with internal and external enterprise applications.
Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI Builder.
Design and implement integration solutions using Azure Integration Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST APIs, and Web APIs.
Work on CRM data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and migration.
Develop and maintain SSRS reports and SSIS-based integration solutions.
Implement integrations with external systems using RESTful services, Web API, SOA, and Microservices architecture.
Develop solutions using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
Work with web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MVC, Angular, and Web API.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
Review technical designs, code, integrations, and implementation approaches.
Ensure solutions follow Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform best practices.
Implement Power Platform security, monitoring, tuning, optimization, compliance, and governance practices.
Work closely with business analysts, architects, developers, integration teams, and project stakeholders.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives.
Use Azure DevOps for source control, work item tracking, CI/CD, and release management.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Communicate technical updates, risks, dependencies, and progress to key stakeholders.
Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to development teams.
Required / Must-Have Skills
5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization and development.
Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations and migration techniques.
2+ years of experience with Power Platform, particularly:
