Microsoft Power Platform Project Manager

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Project Manager to lead enterprise digital transformation programs within the Insurance domain. The role requires strong project delivery, stakeholder management, governance, budgeting, resource planning, and AI-driven automation expertise across Microsoft technologies.
Key Requirements
· 15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Project/Program Management.
· Proven experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform programs.
· Experience managing global customers, distributed teams, and multiple concurrent projects.
· Strong Insurance domain knowledge in Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance, Policy Administration, Risk & Compliance.
· Experience driving Copilot, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Agentic Automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end delivery of Power Platform projects and programs.
· Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and governance.
· Drive stakeholder engagement across business, IT, architecture, and leadership teams.
· Ensure delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
· Track project KPIs, financials, and resource utilization.
· Collaborate with CoE and Architecture teams to establish scalable delivery practices.
· Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
