Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and assess candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and AI-powered recruitment tools.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technology domains.

• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.

• Understand client and hiring manager requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.

• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment databases.

• Stay updated with technology trends, market intelligence, and hiring best practices.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment productivity.
