We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven IT Recruiter with excellent communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and assess candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and AI-powered recruitment tools.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technology domains.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Understand client and hiring manager requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment databases.
Stay updated with technology trends, market intelligence, and hiring best practices.
Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment productivity.

Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in HR or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Exposure to sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-based recruitment tools.
