Hiring: Senior Accountant & Subject Matter Expert – General Ledger

• Senior Accountant: 3–5 years in Finance & Accounting.

• Subject Matter Expert: 5–8 years in Finance & Accounting.

🕐 US Shift: 7 Pm To 4 am (Night Shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant  / SMEs – General Ledger with strong expertise in US Accounting, General Ledger, Month-End Closing, Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.

• Handle/review month-end GL activities, including bank & balance sheet reconciliations, payroll accounting, income journals, and sales tax.

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and General Ledger processes.

• Hands-on experience in US Accounting is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of Month-End Closing and Account Reconciliations.

• Experience with accounting software such as Oracle, M3, or Yardi will be an added advantage.

• Excellent MS Excel skills.

• Strong client-handling and coordination skills.

• Ability to review team performance, identify errors, and drive process improvements.

• Track errors and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and General Ledger.

• Good analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and client-handling skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Experience with Oracle, M3, or Yardi is preferred.
