Role Overview:
Looking for a senior RPA / Automation Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale automation solutions using UiPath and Automation Anywhere. The candidate will be responsible for automation architecture, solution design, technical governance, and leading RPA transformation initiatives.

Key Skills:

15–20 years of overall IT experience with strong RPA / Intelligent Automation experience
Hands-on experience with UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere
Strong experience in RPA solution architecture and enterprise automation
Design of scalable, secure and reusable automation frameworks
Experience with RPA governance, CoE, standards and best practices
Integration with APIs, databases, web applications and enterprise systems
Experience leading large automation programs and mentoring RPA teams
Good understanding of SDLC, Agile and DevOps
Exposure to AI/GenAI, Intelligent Automation or Hyperautomation is an advantage
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Preferred: UiPath / Automation Anywhere certifications.
