Key Responsibilities
Maintain advanced knowledge of Pega architecture, design principles, and implementation best practices.
Stay up to date with the latest Pega platform features, tools, and capabilities.
Continuously enhance technical expertise and drive adoption of new technologies and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and guidance while collaborating with senior stakeholders to solve complex business challenges.
Promote reusable components and enterprise-wide Pega implementation standards.
Mentor and coach Pega Certified System Architects and Senior System Architects, ensuring high-quality design and development practices.
Review team deliverables and ensure adherence to Pega best practices and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and critical production incidents.
Deliver constructive feedback and technical coaching to team members.
Support Pega Citizen Development through training, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
Design scalable, low-code solutions leveraging Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) Pega capabilities.
Collaborate with Pega COE, Architecture, Product, Engineering, and IT teams to define and implement enterprise architecture standards.
Design simple, scalable, service-oriented solutions while minimizing unnecessary complexity.
Provide recommendations for product enhancements based on business requirements.
Work with infrastructure teams to understand hardware, networking, server topology, and integration requirements.
Lead architectural decisions with strong technical justification and stakeholder influence.
Evaluate when to integrate with external systems versus using end-to-end Pega capabilities.
Required Skills
8+ years of hands-on experience with Pegasystems.
Expert knowledge of Pega Customer Service applications.
Experience with Pega Constellation and/or DX API.
Valid Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
Strong expertise across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience with application servers, programming languages, relational and non-relational databases, and integration technologies.
Strong experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
Proven leadership, mentoring, and coaching experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to simplify complex technical problems into scalable solutions.
Ability to work independently and perform effectively in fast-paced environments.
