Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior BI & Visualization Developer to design and deliver enterprise-scale dashboards, reporting solutions, and business intelligence platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and data modeling, with experience building executive dashboards and supporting senior business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions using Power BI and Tableau.
Build executive-level dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
Develop and optimize semantic models, dimensional models, and data visualization solutions.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics.
Work with Microsoft Fabric and modern cloud analytics platforms to deliver scalable BI solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into impactful dashboards.
Optimize Power BI reports using DAX, Power Query, and visualization best practices.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, security, and performance across BI solutions.
Independently manage analytics projects and stakeholder communications.
Required Skills
9–12 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Reporting, or Data Visualization.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (expert level).
Experience with Microsoft Fabric (preferred).
Strong experience with Tableau.
Advanced SQL development and query optimization skills.
Experience with semantic modeling and dimensional modeling.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.
Expertise in DAX, Power Query, and dashboard performance optimization.
Experience with cloud analytics platforms such as Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and BI best practices.
