- Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide developers, break down technical requirements, conduct code reviews, and maintain engineering standards.
- System Architecture & Scalability: Design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of supporting business growth.
- Software Engineering & Development: Drive application development, optimisation, and maintenance using modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows while ensuring code quality.
- Technical Decision-Making: Evaluate technical challenges, make architectural decisions, and implement effective, sustainable solutions.
- Data Engineering & Processing: Design and optimise ETL pipelines, job queues, background processing, and data integrations to ensure efficient and reliable data flow.
- End-to-End Ownership: Oversee development, testing, deployment, performance monitoring, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Product Collaboration: Work closely with business and product teams to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language and experience with modern development frameworks.
- Experience in full-stack development using modern web technologies.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, OOP concepts, design patterns
- Experience with relational databases, database design, and query optimisation.
- Understanding of job queues, asynchronous processing, and ETL/data pipelines.
- Experience with system performance optimisation, debugging, and application deployment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical decision-making skills.
- Ability to guide developers, take ownership of technical deliverables, and contribute directly to development.

- Experience with PHP (Laravel), Next.js, React, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience building or scaling SaaS products and data-intensive applications.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and deployment automation.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
