A WordPress developer designs, builds, customizes, and maintains websites, themes, and plugins using the WordPress content management system
- Website Development: Build and launch responsive, high-performing websites from scratch or from design files like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Theme & Plugin Creation: Write custom code to develop, modify, or extend WordPress themes and plugins to match specific project requirements.
- Back-End & Database Management: Handle server-side operations, manage MySQL databases, and write SQL queries for data handling.
- Performance & Speed Optimization: Monitor and improve site loading times, optimize technical SEO, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Security & Maintenance: Implement security best practices, run core and plugin updates, and resolve bugs or broken layouts.
- API & Third-Party Integrations: Connect external tools, payment gateways, CRM systems, and RESTful APIs.
