Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, and system integration. The ideal candidate should have experience delivering enterprise CRM solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and security roles.

• Develop custom plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and Power Automate solutions.

• Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs and Azure services.

• Develop custom applications and extensions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Perform solution deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

• Optimize Dynamics 365 performance and ensure adherence to development best practices.

• Participate in code reviews and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Development.

• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration.

• Experience in Dynamics 365 Development.

• Hands-on experience in system integrations using REST APIs, Azure Integration Services, or similar technologies.

• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is preferred.

• Experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, and SQL Server.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification.

• Experience with Azure Services and DevOps pipelines.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
