.NET lead

We are looking for an experienced .NET lead with 7–12 years of strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable applications using the .NET ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, APIs, containerization, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.

• Develop web applications using ASP.NET and MVC.

• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs.

• Write efficient and optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database components.

• Perform unit testing and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

• Work with Docker / Podman for application containerization and deployment.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.

• Follow DevSecOps practices and incorporate security throughout the development lifecycle.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and production defects.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.

• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.

• Contribute to technical discussions, design decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of professional experience in .NET development.

• Strong hands-on experience with C#.

• Good experience in .NET Framework and .NET Core.

• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET and MVC.

• Strong SQL and database development skills.

• Experience in Unit Testing.

• Hands-on experience developing and consuming APIs.

• Experience with Docker / Podman and containerized applications.

• Good understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.

• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.
