Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Software Programmer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, debugging, deploying, and maintaining software applications. The candidate should have strong hands-on programming experience, database knowledge, API development skills, and a good understanding of coding standards and software development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications based on project requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code in accordance with established coding standards.
- Develop and integrate APIs to support application functionality and system communication.
- Design, manage, and optimize database queries, structures, and operations.
- Debug applications, identify technical issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, system analysts, UI/UX designers, and other developers.
- Participate in requirement analysis and convert technical specifications into working software solutions.
- Manage source code using version control tools such as Git.
- Conduct unit testing and support integration testing to ensure application quality.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Support software deployment, configuration, and production releases.
- Maintain and upgrade existing applications by resolving bugs and implementing enhancements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed applications.
- Follow software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Stay updated with emerging programming technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in software development or programming.
- Strong hands-on experience in software application development.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or C#/.NET, depending on project requirements.
- Strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
- Experience in API development, integration, and testing.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Strong understanding of coding standards, debugging, and software development best practices.
- Knowledge of application deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), testing, and release management.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a technical team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
