Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Developer with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI model training and fine-tuning, and workflow automation.
The ideal candidate should be capable of building AI-powered applications, integrating LLM APIs, developing intelligent chatbots, and automating business processes. Basic knowledge of React.js and Next.js is required to collaborate on and integrate AI solutions into web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate AI-powered applications using LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines for document-based question answering, knowledge retrieval, and AI chatbots.
- Work with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and prompt engineering.
- Perform LLM fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization where required.
- Develop AI agents and automate workflows using tools such as n8n, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- Integrate AI models and third-party APIs into web applications.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to connect AI services with React.js and Next.js applications.
- Test, debug, and improve AI solutions for accuracy, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to implement them in real-world projects.
Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development.
- Hands-on experience building RAG-based applications.
- Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and document-processing pipelines.
- Experience with AI workflow automation and API integrations.
- Understanding of LLM fine-tuning, training concepts, and model evaluation.
- Basic working knowledge of React.js and Next.js.
- Proficiency in Python and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Git, debugging, and application deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build practical AI solutions.
Good to Have
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma, or FAISS.
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Knowledge of AI agents, function calling, and tool use.
- Experience deploying AI applications using cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Supabase, PostgreSQL, or Firebase.
