About Position:
We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 6-12 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and system design, along with experience building cloud-native and microservices-based applications. The role requires ownership of complex technical initiatives, participation in architecture and design discussions, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and driving software delivery from concept through production deployment.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Develop robust backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Build responsive and modern user interfaces using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to application architecture decisions.
- Own complex technical initiatives from solution design through successful production deployment.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Create scalable system designs that meet functional, performance, reliability, and security requirements.
- Drive engineering best practices including code reviews, design reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions for system stability and performance.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical guidance across teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Work closely with cloud and DevOps teams to support deployment automation, monitoring, and operational excellence.
- Influence technical direction and engineering decisions without formal authority across multiple teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, and retrospectives.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 6-12 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java-based enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices architecture.
- Strong experience building RESTful APIs, backend services, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and modern front-end development practices.
- Strong understanding of system design, software architecture patterns, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications and microservices solutions.
- Strong understanding of API design, integration patterns, and service-oriented architecture.
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks, unit testing, integration testing, and quality engineering practices.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience delivering product-based or large-scale enterprise applications in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
