Job Title: BI Developer
Experience Level: B1/B2 4.5- 8yrs
Open Positions: Reinsurance & Insights
Location: Pan India (excluding Hyderabad and Chennai)
Notice Period: Up to 30 days preferred
Joining: Immediate joiners / October joiners preferred
About the Role
We are looking for skilled BI Developers with a strong combination of Data Engineering and Power BI expertise. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SQL, AWS, data modelling, and developing insightful Power BI reports and dashboards.
Key Skills Required
Data Engineering (60%): Experience in data processing, transformation, data pipelines, and ETL/ELT concepts.
Power BI (40%): Developing interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
AWS: Experience with AWS data services and cloud-based data solutions.
SQL: Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data analysis.
Data Modelling: Knowledge of dimensional modelling, star schema, and designing efficient data models.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data solutions.
Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
Develop and maintain efficient data models for reporting and analytics.
Work with AWS services to manage and process data.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
Candidate Preferences
Candidates with experience in BI development, data engineering, and business intelligence.
Candidates available to join within 30 days, preferably in October.
