Java Developer

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in backend development, RESTful APIs, and Apache Cassandra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in database design, performance profiling, and developing scalable backend applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications and services.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Work with Apache Cassandra, including multi-region deployments and data modeling.
- Write and optimize Cassandra Query Language (CQL) queries.
- Perform Java backend and database performance profiling.
- Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle.
- Develop and maintain Java web applications.
- Use Maven, Ant, or equivalent build tools for application development.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong knowledge of Java backend services and RESTful API development.
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, particularly Apache Cassandra.
- Experience with Cassandra multi-region architecture and data modeling.
- Good knowledge of CQL.
- Experience in Java and database performance profiling.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with Java web development.
- Familiarity with Maven, Ant, or equivalent build tools.
