Role: AWS Lead / Senior Java AWS Developer

Primary Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in AWS cloud technologies and Java development

• Experience in designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications on AWS

• Ability to build and provide guidance on application design structures, coding standards, and development best practices

• Strong development experience using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Solution Architect to develop and implement finalized solution designs

• Lead and mentor junior developers while being actively involved in hands-on development

• Contribute to application design discussions, code reviews, testing strategies, and optimization initiatives

• Develop scalable backend services and integrate APIs/services across platforms

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance optimization

Required Technical Experience:

• Hands-on experience with:

  • AWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.)

  • Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices

  • REST API standards and API integrations

  • Database schema design and optimization (SQL/NoSQL)

  • UI frameworks and frontend integration understanding

  • CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

  • Testing frameworks and performance optimization techniques
