Job Summary
The Platform B2B Operations Team Lead is responsible for managing day-to-day operations for e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket. The role focuses on inventory replenishment, dispatch planning, order fulfillment, and leading the operations team to ensure high service levels and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Platform Operations team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Plan and monitor inventory replenishment across all assigned platforms.

Coordinate with warehouses to ensure timely dispatch of replenishment orders.

Track inventory levels and proactively prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.

Monitor order processing, dispatches, and delivery performance against platform SLAs.

Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Planning, and Sales teams for seamless execution.

Resolve operational issues related to inventory, dispatch delays, and order fulfillment.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on inventory, dispatch, and service performance.

Analyze operational metrics and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and platform requirements.

Train, mentor, and motivate team members while monitoring productivity, train packaging guidelines, and performance.

Support peak sale events and ensure operational readiness during high-demand periods.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, warehouse operations, or platform operations.

Experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or similar platforms.

Strong knowledge of inventory planning, replenishment, and dispatch processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS/Unicommerce systems.
