Location : 3-4 weeks onsite location (Dubai - later will be working in India base location) - All Hexaware locations. 

Job Description:

• 15+ years of experience in Technical design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements.

• Media Industry / Media project experience is a must. 

• Hands on experience in Canvas Apps and Power Pages to enhance user experience and extend CRM

• Automate workflows using Power Automate, power pages including custom connectors and child flows.

• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability across CRM customizations.

• Implement and manage custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript-based enhancements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.

• Perform data migrations, integrations, and ensure data integrity across systems.

• Sales and Customer insights

  knowledge of copilot agents building

  CRM and ERP integrations for fullfillment

  knowledge of ERP concepts like AR, GL

  Integration of CRM with ORacle ERP

  Hands on Expereince : Dynamics CRM, Power pages & Copilot 

  Atleast 4+ Years as Architect
