Key Responsibilities:

Own architecture and long-term system health of the AI platform

Design scalable data pipelines and real-time intelligence systems

Establish AI governance, observability, and performance standards

Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams

Define and maintain data integrity through “Golden Record” strategy

Proactively identify and mitigate system risks

Requirements:

6–8+ years of experience in software engineering

Strong experience in system architecture and scalable platforms

Expertise in Python, AWS, PostgreSQL, and event-driven systems

Strong focus on reliability, observability, and engineering excellence

Experience leading teams and driving architectural decisions
