We are seeking a Senior BI Developer / Data Analyst with strong expertise in business intelligence,
data analysis, and dashboard development. The role requires hands-on experience in SQL and
Python, building and maintaining data pipelines, and delivering high-quality, scalable dashboards
that support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate can translate business requirements
into analytical models and visual insights, and partner closely with stakeholders to ensure
accuracy, performance, and usability.
Role Responsibility:
Translate business needs into technical specifications and BI solutions.
Design, build, and deploy BI solutions (reports, dashboards, semantic models).
Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources.
Maintain and improve data warehouses and analytics platforms, including OLAP cubes or
tabular models.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries and perform ad-hoc data analysis.
Create clear, interactive reports and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau,
Qlik, Looker).
Monitor BI solutions for performance and data quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement
improvements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, data engineers, and IT to ensure BI solutions
meet business needs.
Document data models, ETL workflows, and reporting logic for ongoing maintenance and
knowledge sharing.
