Position : Linux + Solaris Admin Experience : 5 to 7 Years Location : Jaipur Work mode : 5.5 Days work from office

Key Responsibilities

1. System Installation and Configuration:

• Install and configure Linux servers and systems based on organizational requirements.
• Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions.
• Configure system hardware, network, and storage. . Ansible tower, YML knowledge & hands-on experience. . Knowledge and experience in Docker, Kubernetes setup. . Red hat satellite subscription manager addition on client. . Managing Linux VMs on VMware vSphere environment. . VA point closer related to OS. . Handling audit, compliance & regulatory requirement.

2. System Maintenance and Monitoring:

• Perform routine system updates, patches, and security hardening.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and resource utilization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues promptly.

3. Security Management:

• Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

4. Backup and Recovery:

• Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Test and validate backup procedures to ensure data integrity.
• Execute data recovery procedures in the event of system failures.

5. Scripting and Automation:

• Write and maintain shell scripts or automation scripts to streamline system tasks.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce human error.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

• Create and update system documentation, including configuration guides and standard operating procedures.
• Generate regular reports on system performance, security, and compliance.
