  3.  Able depending on the demand to ramp-up a team onsite

  4.  Perfect – References within Operational IT / production IT Management

  5.  Willing to travel to Rajasthan

Statement of work / Job Description – On-Site Operational & Coordination Lead

  1.  Act as the on-site operational interface

  2.  Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations and agreed processes and workflows

  3.  Identify, assess, and escalate operational risks, deviations, and delays in a timely manner

  4.  Represent client in meetings, workshops, and operational discussions on site in India

  5. Support the implementation of jointly agreed decisions and actions

  6. Ensure clear, structured communication between German and Indian stakeholders

  7. Actively manage cultural and organizational differences to enable effective collaboration

  8. Provide regular status updates, reporting, and documentation of issues, decisions, and action items

  9. Work together with Germany and MLR team.

Availability

  1.  ASAP for ramp-up and training in March.

  2.  3 Onsite sessions / periods scheduled yet due to the production SOP.
