Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Robotics Engineer & Trainer who can work across both Robotics Training and Robot Development.

The candidate will be responsible for training school and college students in Robotics, Electronics, Coding, AI and IoT, while also participating in the design, development and testing of robotics projects and prototypes.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building robots, solving technical problems and mentoring students.

Key ResponsibilitiesRobotics Training

• Conduct hands-on robotics training for school and college students.
• Train students on Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, sensors and robotics kits.
• Teach basic electronics, circuits, motors and motor drivers.
• Train students in Python, C/C++ and other programming concepts.
• Guide students in developing Robotics, IoT and AI-based projects.
• Mentor students for robotics competitions, exhibitions and innovation events.
• Conduct workshops, boot camps and practical training programs.
• Prepare project-based learning activities and training materials.
• Troubleshoot student projects and provide technical guidance.

Robot Development

• Design, build and develop robotics prototypes.
• Program microcontrollers and robotic systems.
• Integrate sensors, motors, actuators and communication modules.
• Develop autonomous and semi-autonomous robots.
• Work on line-following, obstacle avoidance, mobile robots and IoT-based robots.
• Test, debug and improve robotic systems.
• Work with electronics, embedded systems and mechanical components.
• Research and experiment with new robotics technologies.
• Develop prototypes for competitions, exhibitions and commercial applications.
• Prepare technical documentation, circuit diagrams and project reports.
