Job description
The Academic Counselor will connect with students and parents, understand their educational requirements,
recommend suitable programs, and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
Responsibilities:
• Contact students and parents through calls.
• Understand academic requirements.
• Explain courses and learning programs.
• Follow up with prospective customers.
• Convert leads into admissions.
• Maintain CRM records.
• Achieve monthly sales/enrollment targets.
• Provide post-sales assistance when required.
Candidate Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience.
• Freshers can apply.
• Excellent Hindi and English communication.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working with sales targets.
