Are you a Food Technology graduate passionate about food quality, hygiene, and food safety? Join Vasanta Bhavan – Vegetarian Family Restaurant and help us maintain the highest standards of food quality and customer satisfaction!
📍 Location: Guindy, Chennai
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years
🎓 Qualification: Degree in Food Technology
🕒 Job Type: Full-Time
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅ Monitor food quality, freshness, taste, and presentation.
✅ Conduct kitchen hygiene inspections and food safety checks.
✅ Ensure compliance with FSSAI standards and food safety procedures.
✅ Support FSSAI audits, documentation, inspection reports, and corrective actions.
✅ Inspect raw materials, storage temperatures, expiry dates, and labelling.
✅ Maintain quality records and train employees on hygiene and safe food handling.
👤 Candidate Requirements
✔️ Must have a Degree in Food Technology.
✔️ 1–4 years of experience in Quality Control, Food Safety, or Quality Assurance.
✔️ Good knowledge of FSSAI regulations, food hygiene, and sanitation.
✔️ Strong documentation, communication, and reporting skills.
✔️ Experience in restaurants, hotels, or food production units is preferred.
