Backend Developer (Freshers)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining backend APIs and services using .NET Core.
- Work with relational databases such as MS-SQL and gain exposure to NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB and MongoDB.
- Support the development of RESTful APIs and understand how backend services interact with frontend applications.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code by following coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and technical learning sessions.
- Help troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues under the guidance of senior developers.
- Use Git for version control and learn the basics of software development workflows.
- Continuously improve technical skills and stay updated with backend development technologies and practices.
- Use AI-assisted development tools where appropriate to explore solutions, generate or review code, and document work, while checking outputs for accuracy, security, and quality.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of C# and .NET Core, preferably through academic projects, internships, or self-learning.
- Understanding of programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming (OOP), and basic data structures.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Understanding of REST APIs and HTTP methods is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Git and version control concepts is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and debugging skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, accept feedback, and work collaboratively in a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
- Basic familiarity with AI coding assistants is a plus; candidates should be able to explain and validate any AI-generated code they use.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
