Full-Stack Software Developer
Role: Full-Stack Developer

WorkWise is looking for Full-Stack Developers to join our engineering team and build a SaaS product. You will work across the entire technology stack, developing features end-to-end, building clean APIs, creating responsive UIs, and contributing to AWS deployments.
· Strong hands-on experience with Go / Golang
· Hands-on experience with Next.js and TypeScript
· Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, including queries, schema design and migrations
· Hands-on experience with REST API development
· Good understanding of Git, pull requests, code reviews and branching workflows
· Strong problem-solving and independent debugging skills
Backend: Go / Golang, PostgreSQL, REST APIs
Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript, Bootstrap
Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, S3, Lambda, EventBridge, Docker, GitHub Actions
Monitoring: Sentry, New Relic
· Build and ship features across frontend and backend
· Design and implement RESTful APIs with proper validation and error handling
· Develop clean, maintainable and well-tested code
· Work with Next.js and TypeScript to build responsive user interfaces
· Work with AWS services such as S3 and Lambda for file storage and serverless functions
· Contribute to scheduled and background task processing
· Participate in code reviews and collaborate with the engineering team
· Debug production issues using monitoring and observability tools
· Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
· Take ownership of features from development through production
· Experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, EC2 and CloudWatch
· Docker and containerized deployments
· GitHub Actions / CI/CD experience
· Understanding of cron jobs and background task processing
· Experience working in a small, fast-moving product team
· Experience building or working on SaaS products
