Senior Siemens Opcenter MES System Developer

Job Description
Orogoo is looking for experienced Senior Siemens Opcenter MES System Developers with strong hands-on experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), system development, configuration, and integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize Siemens Opcenter MES solutions.
- Implement MES workflows, production operations, business rules, and reports.
- Integrate MES with ERP, PLM, SCADA, PLC, WMS, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop APIs, web services, SQL queries, and database procedures.
- Analyze manufacturing processes and implement system improvements.
- Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Prepare technical documentation and support system upgrades.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in software development / MES implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter MES or a comparable MES platform.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and MES functionalities.
- Experience with MES configuration, customization, and system integration.
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
- Knowledge of .NET, Java, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Experience in SDLC, testing, deployment, and production support.
Preferred Skills
- ERP–MES integration experience.
- Knowledge of middleware, cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and Git.
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or discrete manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and smart factory initiatives.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
