Nurture Xcel, Gurugram, some client travel. 3 to 5 years.
Construction firms will log into the product we're building. They upload their files, review what our AI produces and download it in their own format, with each firm's data kept apart from the rest.
You'll build and run it
accounts, uploads, review screens, exports, links to clients' Autodesk and SAP systems, and releases. We use React, TypeScript and Python (FastAPI) today.
You must have strong React and TypeScript, a Python API behind it and SQL. You also look after production: logs, backups and access control.
How we work
AI agents write most of the code and tests. You lead them and own what's live.
Hiring test
a short test around a sample project file. Fix a bug in a review screen and add an export column.
