We are building a scalable digital learning ecosystem that includes online courses, test series, interactive learning tools, live classes, and student management systems. We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer who can contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of our technology platform.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Software Engineer who can develop, maintain, and improve both frontend and backend applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the entire software development lifecycle, from designing user interfaces and developing APIs to database management, deployment, debugging, and performance optimization.
The candidate will work closely with the company's leadership and product team to build reliable, secure, and scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Frontend Development
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable UI components and integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Optimize application performance, loading speed, and user experience.
- Implement authentication, dashboards, forms, course interfaces, and other interactive features.
- Ensure compatibility across modern browsers and devices.
2. Backend Development
- Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Implement authentication, authorization, business logic, and role-based access control.
- Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases and schemas.
- Build reliable backend services for courses, tests, student management, payments, and other platform features.
- Handle error management, input validation, security, and API performance optimization.
3. Integration and System Development
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
- Work with payment gateways and other external services as required.
- Develop and maintain modular, maintainable, and scalable application architecture.
- Troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, databases, and service integrations.
4. Deployment and Maintenance
- Deploy and maintain applications on AWS or other cloud infrastructure.
- Work with EC2, S3, CloudFront, Nginx, environment configurations, and domain/SSL setup as required.
- Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement fixes.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards.
5. Product Development and Collaboration
- Collaborate with the team to translate product requirements into working software.
- Participate in technical planning, feature development, testing, and code reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve application architecture, reliability, and scalability.
- Take ownership of assigned features from development through deployment.
Required Technical Skills
- Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js.
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs.
- Database: MongoDB, Mongoose, database design and query optimization.
- Version Control: Git and GitHub.
- Cloud & Deployment: Basic to intermediate experience with AWS, Linux, Nginx, and application deployment.
- Development Practices: Debugging, API integration, authentication, security fundamentals, and responsive web design.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with microservices or modular backend architectures.
- Familiarity with AWS EC2, S3, CloudFront, and deployment pipelines.
- Experience integrating payment gateways such as Razorpay.
- Understanding of WebSockets or real-time communication.
- Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD, and application monitoring.
- Experience building EdTech platforms, LMS products, e-commerce applications, or SaaS products.

- Ability to work independently across frontend and backend.
- Good understanding of software development fundamentals and clean coding practices.
- Ability to debug issues and deliver production-ready solutions.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and take ownership of product development.
