Job Purpose

We are seeking a high-performing Lead / Senior MERN Stack Developer with 6 to 10 years of software engineering experience to architect, build, and scale enterprise-grade web applications. In this role, you will lead the technical design of backend systems (Node.js/Express.js), drive modern frontend development (React.js/Next.js), manage NoSQL/SQL databases, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
