About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, and modern software engineering practices. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on innovative projects, contribute to architecture decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and secure software solutions.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications using Java and Spring Framework.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration across enterprise applications.
- Develop robust business logic and backend services using Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA.
- Design, optimize, and manage database interactions to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Utilize Maven and Gradle for build automation and dependency management.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Implement unit testing, integration testing, and quality assurance practices.
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment activities.
- Monitor code quality and remediate vulnerabilities using tools such as Sonar and Snyk.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Ensure application security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
- Follow Agile development methodologies and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend process improvements.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Java-based application development.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java and server-side application development.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and web services.
- Expertise in Maven and Gradle build management tools.
- Experience using Git and modern version control practices.
- Strong understanding of SQL, database design, and database optimization techniques.
- Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks.
- Good understanding of CI/CD practices and deployment automation.
- Experience with dependency management and vulnerability remediation tools.
- Knowledge of application performance tuning and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple development initiatives.
