Position: Tagetik Developer / CCH Tagetik Consultant
Overall Experience: 6–8 Years
Relevant Tagetik Experience: Minimum 4 Years

Salary: ₹15–25 LPAPostion-3Project DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Tagetik Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain financial performance management solutions using the CCH Tagetik platform. The candidate will work closely with finance and IT teams to implement and support Tagetik applications, covering financial consolidation, data integration, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain CCH Tagetik applications, processes, workflows, and ETL solutions.
- Design and develop financial forms, reports, dashboards, and analytics using Tagetik reporting tools and SQL queries.
- Manage data integration processes and ensure accurate data flow between Tagetik and other systems.
- Configure financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation modules.
- Work with Analytical Information Hub (AIH), ETL, and Data Transformation Processes (DTPs).
- Configure and manage Tagetik Workflow, Data Processing, and Process Cockpit.
- Provide functional and technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement enhancements.
- Collaborate with finance teams, functional heads, IT teams, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Prepare technical design documents, unit test scripts, and code migration documentation.
- Support implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and end-user training.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Overall IT experience of 6–8 years, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on CCH Tagetik development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Analytical Information Hub (AIH).
- Strong expertise in ETL processes and DTPs (Data Transformation Processes).
- Experience developing Tagetik Forms and Reports.
- Proficiency in Tagetik Workflow, Data Processing, and Process Cockpit.
- Experience in financial consolidation and functional/technical application support.
- Minimum of 2 Tagetik implementation project experiences.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience preparing technical design documents, unit test scripts, and code migration documents.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with JBOSS and Control-M.
- Experience in financial modelling, budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of financial consolidation, financial close, and reporting processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques.
- Experience integrating Tagetik with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Familiarity with other financial performance management and EPM tools.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in CCH Tagetik development.
- Good understanding of financial performance management and consolidation processes.
- Experience in implementation projects and application support.
- Willingness to work from Bangalore, as required by the client.
