## Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Group Credit Life policies.
- Process policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with banking and corporate partners for policy administration.
- Verify customer and policy documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure timely premium collection, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Handle customer and partner queries within defined service levels.
- Coordinate with claims and underwriting teams for smooth policy servicing.
