Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).
The ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, configuring, implementing, and supporting HRSD solutions, including HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, HR workflows, integrations, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD applications.
- Implement and support HR Case Management, HR Knowledge Management, and HR Services.
- Configure Employee Center / Employee Service Center, HR Catalog, and self-service portals.
- Develop and maintain Lifecycle Events, Journey Management, and HR workflows.
- Work on Employee Relations and Workforce Administration processes.
- Develop solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications, and App Engine Studio.
- Implement integrations with Oracle HCM, Workday, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and other enterprise platforms.
- Configure HR security, access controls, and data protection mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot production issues, workflow failures, and integration errors.
- Participate in upgrades, enhancements, testing, and release management.
- Collaborate with HR, HRIT, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementation and development.
- HR Case Management, HR Services, HR Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
- Employee Center / Employee Service Center.
- Lifecycle Events and HR workflows.
- Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
- JavaScript development and ACL configuration.
- REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with HR systems such as Oracle HCM.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (CIS-HR).
- IntegrationHub and App Engine Studio.
- Virtual Agent and AI-powered employee self-service.
- Workday, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID integrations.
- Employee Relations, onboarding, offboarding, and HR Journey Management.
