We are looking for 8+ years of software development experience with expert-level expertise in Redpanda Connect, RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and Kafka.
Shift timings : 2PM - 11PM IST
Contract duration: 6 Months
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the end-to-end architecture of the core banking product.
- Lead technical design discussions and drive decision-making in collaboration with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure system scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Define and enforce security architecture, threat models, and compliance standards.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure a high-quality product.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code and design reviews to maintain architectural standards and best practices.
- Maintain documentation of architecture and technical decisions.
- Stay current with industry trends, bringing innovative ideas to the product architecture.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Expert-level knowledge of Redpanda Connect, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and message brokers (Kafka).
- Proven knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Hands-on with cloud platforms (Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience in secure coding practices, threat modelling, and security compliance.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks—particularly React—for seamless full-stack integration.
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
