·       Primary Focus

·       Enhance an existing Proof of Delivery API solution

·       Develop or extend customer-facing API endpoints

·       API integration and testing

·       Work with existing authentication and gateway infrastructure

·       Relevant Experience

·       REST/JSON APIs

·       API integration experience

·       Java experience may be required (still being confirmed)

·       Experience with API testing and troubleshooting

·       Environment

·       Oracle/GCP cloud environment

·       EDI platform transitioning to Cleo

·       Existing JDE integrations

·       Customer onboarding and integration-focused workstream

·       Logistics

·       Offshore resources can work standard India/offshore hours.

·       Requirement is driven primarily by cost optimization rather than 24x7 support.

·       Target start is approximately late October.

·       Expected engagement runs through January with possible extension for EDI-related workstreams. 

·       Outstanding Items Being Confirmed

·       Whether API developers require deep Java development experience versus general API integration expertise.

·       Specific API technology stack and framework.

·       Whether prior Cleo experience is required or simply preferred.

·       Develop and generate regular reports (weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc) on key support metrics, including incident volume, resolution times, SLA performance, and trends.

·       Analyse report data to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to management.

·       Produce reports that demonstrate compliance with UK banking regulations and data security standards.
