Senior Zoho Programmer and IT Administrator

We are looking for a technically skilled Senior Zoho Programmer and IT Administrator to manage and enhance our Zoho CRM environment while supporting the organisation's broader IT administration and business systems.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on Zoho CRM administration experience, strong programming skills, and expertise in Zoho Deluge scripting, automation, APIs and IT systems. The role involves working closely with the existing IT administration team and supporting both CRM and general IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Zoho CRM, including users, permissions, workflows, modules, reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain Zoho custom functions and automation.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge and expertise in Zoho Deluge scripting.
• Build and manage API integrations, webhooks and business system integrations.
• Troubleshoot and improve CRM processes, data quality and system performance.
• Support Zoho applications such as Zoho Creator, Analytics, Forms, People and Sign.
• Provide technical support for software, hardware, systems and connectivity issues.
• Support IT administrators with user access, system configuration, asset management and troubleshooting.
• Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding from a systems and access perspective.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for IT and system-related requirements.
• Develop, customise, and maintain Zoho CRM and related applications.
• Manage workflows, blueprints, automation, and user access.
• Maintain CRM dashboards, reports, and system configurations.
• Validate data, investigate discrepancies, and identify root causes of incorrect or incomplete updates.
• Verify user-reported issues and data changes before finalising reports or fulfilling management and team lead requirements.
• Provide IT support, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve user queries.
• Manage user accounts, software installations, system configurations, and IT assets.
• Monitor system performance, maintain records, and improve business processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Zoho CRM administration – mandatory.
• Good knowledge and expertise in Zoho Deluge scripting.

Preferred:

Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, Microsoft 365, networking or cloud systems will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
