Role 1: Programme Director Experience: 15+ Years Location : Oman (Duration 18 Months) Role Overview The Programme Director is the single accountable leader for the end-to-end delivery of a Cybersecurity program for a leading Oman-based financial institution. Fully on-site in Muscat for the duration of the 18-month engagement, this individual is the primary point of contact for the executive leadership, including the CISO, GM IT and steering committee, and is personally responsible for ensuring the programme is delivered on time, within budget and in full alignment with the Organisation's regulatory and strategic obligations. This is not a coordination role. The Programme Director owns the governance framework, drives delivery accountability across all workstreams and lines of defense, and ensures zero surprises reach leadership. Key Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of the Programme across all 18 months and four increments • Establish and operate the full programme governance framework, Programme Charter, steering cadence, Change Control Board, escalation matrix and risk register, operational from Day 1 • Define programme scope, success criteria, KPIs and KRIs; track and report programme health to relevant governance committees and working groups on the defined cadence • Directly manage and provide oversight to the Project Managers deployed acro
