Role Overview

We are looking for a Frontend Lead with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern UI architecture to lead the development of scalable, high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in frontend engineering, performance optimization, API integration, and team leadership within agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define frontend architecture and drive scalable UI design standards.

• Lead development of modern web applications using React and TypeScript.

• Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and UI/UX best practices.

• Build reusable components and optimize frontend performance and scalability.

• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs.

• Experience with Cloud preferably AWS

• Mentor engineers, conduct code/design reviews, and enforce coding standards.

• Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, architects, and product teams for end-to-end solution delivery.

• Support Agile/Scrum delivery processes including sprint planning and technical estimations.

• Drive engineering best practices, testing standards, and CI/CD adoption.

Required Skills

Frontend Technologies

• Strong hands-on experience in:

  • React.js

  • TypeScript

  • JavaScript (ES6+)

  • HTML5 / CSS3

• Expertise in UI architecture and reusable component design.

State Management & Integration

• Strong experience with:

  • Redux

  • Context API

  • REST API integration

Leadership & Engineering

• Experience leading frontend teams and mentoring engineers.

• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and debugging.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Micro-frontend architecture.

• Experience with AWS CloudFront or cloud-based frontend deployments.

• Knowledge of UI performance optimization and monitoring tools.

• Banking / Financial Services domain experience.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
