VMC PROGRAMMER
Company: New Tech Engineers
Experience: 2–4 Years
Location: Bhosari, Pune
New Tech Engineers is looking for an experienced and skilled VMC Programmer with hands-on experience in HAAS VMC Machines and WORKNC Software.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare CNC programs for various VMC machining operations using WORKNC software.
- Understand, examine and analyse engineering drawings.
- Develop efficient machining strategies and toolpaths.
- Generate, verify and optimise CNC programs for production.
- Have a good understanding of machining processes, cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Ensure accuracy, quality and productivity in machining operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in VMC programming.
- Hands-on experience with HAAS VMC Machines.
- Proficiency in WORKNC Software.
- Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Good understanding of CNC machining operations and tooling.
- Ability to independently prepare and execute VMC programs.
Job Details
- Working Hours: 12 hours per day
- Weekly Off: Thursday
- Salary: Attractive salary based on experience, technical knowledge and skill set.
