Senior Odoo Developer
Location: Infopark Thrissur, Koratty Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 5 years
Are you an Odoo expert who enjoys designing solutions, not just building them? We’re looking for a Senior Odoo Technical Consultant to lead the design, development, integration and deployment of enterprise-grade Odoo ERP solutions, and to guide a growing development team.
What you’ll do
Design scalable, secure and upgrade-friendly Odoo solutions Develop and customise modules, workflows, reports and dashboards Build REST API integrations with HRMS, Payroll, CRM, banking, payment gateway and e-commerce platforms Lead technical workstreams, run code reviews and mentor junior developers Manage deployments, version upgrades, migrations and performance tuning Take part in client workshops and technical discussions
What we’re looking for
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Odoo development and technical consulting
Multiple end-to-end Odoo implementations Advanced Python and strong PostgreSQL skills Deep knowledge of the Odoo framework, ORM, security, automated actions and scheduled jobs Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML and Git Working knowledge of Linux, plus exposure to Azure, AWS or Docker Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Applications or a related field
Nice to have
Odoo Technical Certification
Experience with Odoo 16, 17 or newer Kubernetes, CI and CD, and DevOps practices Multi-company or multi-country Odoo environments
